The U.S. Army conditionally selected Carlyle for a hyperscaled data center at Fort Bliss, Texas (1,384 acres) and CyrusOne for Dugway Proving Ground, Utah, under the Enhanced Use Lease program, with no upfront taxpayer cost and initial operating capability targeted for FY2027 at Fort Bliss.
