Google's $12B Power Platform Hits the Queue It Was Built to SkipGoogle completed its acquisition of Intersect Power this week, and TPG Rise Climate simultaneously spun Intersect's grid-tied assets into IPX Power, a new independent company with 4.4 GW of solar PV and 8.8 GWh of battery storage in construction or operation.
