Texas already leads U.S. announced self-supplied data center capacity at 40 GW. It's the bridge operators buy while Batch Zero stays gated. Developers who haven't modeled fuel deliverability, batteries, and black-start as critical-path items won't match peers who already signed the stack. They'll book carrying cost those operators simply don't.
